- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup grated zucchini, excess moisture squeezed out
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the grated zucchini and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
- Let cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Squeeze excess moisture from zucchini to prevent soggy brownies.
- Add nuts or other toppings for extra flavor and texture.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
