Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add sliced zucchini to the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
- Sauté zucchini for 5-7 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- Remove from heat and optionally sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
