Description

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes, grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced zucchini to the skillet.
  4. Season with salt and pepper. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
