Description

Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Pasta is a rich and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken pieces cooked in garlic butter sauce served over creamy pasta.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz pasta (such as fettuccine or penne)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes). Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked chicken back to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
  6. Toss in cooked pasta and stir until evenly coated.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
