Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1 tbsp chopped green onions
Instructions
- Cook chicken breasts until fully done. Slice into strips.
- Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make bang bang sauce.
- Assemble bowl with rice, chicken, cabbage, cucumber, and carrots.
- Drizzle sauce over the bowl.
- Garnish with cilantro and green onions.

- Adjust sriracha for desired spice level.
- Use pre-cooked rice for faster prep.
