Description

A flavorful and easy-to-make chicken bowl with spicy bang bang sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken breasts until fully done. Slice into strips.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice to make bang bang sauce.
  3. Assemble bowl with rice, chicken, cabbage, cucumber, and carrots.
  4. Drizzle sauce over the bowl.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust sriracha for desired spice level.
