Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
