- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with garlic, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
