- 2 lbs Russet potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispy wedges, soak potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before baking.
- Adjust seasoning to your liking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
